The Employability Resources Network was a 3-year project, running at the CCSD from 1988 to 1991. It was designed to explore methods of enabling social assistance recipients to move beyond social assistance into the workforce. ERN facilitated the networking, promotion, cataloguing and evaluation of employability projects across Canada.
The fact sheets provide an analysis of the project's database with respect to several target groups.
