Insight is an information series published by the Centre for
International Statistics at the CCSD. It is aimed at a select group of
readers
who have a special interest in the quantitative aspects of social policy.
It is a regular feature of CCSD's magazine Perception.
Readers are encouraged to circulate Insight to other
interested readers, or you can request bulk copies.
Insight is non-partisan and stops short of policy recommendations. The information is provided to help inform a wider audience about the statistics or "facts" behind selected and topical social issues. Readers can then form their own policy concl
usions.
