British Columbia's Labour Market Partnership Program The LMP Program, identified by the sector through the Government Non-Profit Initiative in 2009 (GNPI), was established to help address the human resources issues that the entire sector is facing. With over 20,000 non-profit organizations in the province of B.C., it is important to collectively develop resources that address the long-term human resources needs of the sector. The program is a partnership between the provincial and federal governments. The Vancouver Foundation has been identified as the organization to support the non- profit Labor Market Partnership in its development. LMP Porgram vision: LMP Pogram mission:
